Kitchen

The modern beech kitchen is light and airy with patio doors leading out onto the veranda(terrace) and pool area. It is equipped to the highest standard and includes dishwasher, microwave and American style fridge freezer with icemaker. There is ample china and cooking equipment. The large table and chairs offer an alternative dining area.

 

Lounge

This spacious room has been decorated to be light and airy during the day while the comfy sofas, henna lamps and rugs on the wooden floor give a cosy Morrocan atmosphere in the evenings. It has been tastefuly furnished and offers space to relax. Doors lead out to a raised deck. The room is equipped with DVD, TV, satellite and a music system. There is an extensive library of DVD's books and board games.

 

Master Bedroom

With sea views over the gulf of St Tropez.  This room is furnished with a kingsize bed while fitted wardrobes offer ample storage. The double aspect room has french doors leading out onto a shared balcony and a further set leading to a private solarium. Air conditioning. The en suite marble bathroom is equipped with shower and bath. All linen, towels and hair dryer provided. There is also a small safe for your valuables.

 

Guest Bedroom

With views over the gulf of St Tropez and the local golf course, the room is furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The room has french doors leading out onto a shared balcony. Air conditioning. There is an en suite marble shower room. All linen, towels and hair dryer provided.

 

Twin Bedrooms

Both rooms are furnished with twin beds and are situated on the ground floor. the rooms have been furnished to a high standard with large fitted wardrobes. Air conditioning. All linen, towels and hair dryer provided. These rooms share a marble tiled shower room with separate WC.

Other Amenities

In addition to the three bathrooms there is a guest cloakroom.The villa has under floor heating, ideal to make autumn and spring visits more comfortable. Stairs lead directly down to a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.

The garage offers ample parking and storage.

 

Outdoors

The villa nestles in a private hillside domaine and has superb views of the gulf of St Tropez. On a clear day the Italian Alps can be seen in the distance. The villa also boasts views of the golf course within 1.5 kilometres and the villa is situated 1.5 kilometres from the town and beach.

 

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is designed for fun and relaxation with a dip pool for relaxing with a drink or simply enjoying the views over the gulf of St Tropez. The pool is fitted with an electric safety cover (conforming to french safety standards) and cleaned twice weekly. Sunbeds are provided. There are various patio areas to make the most of the glorious Riviera weather and table tennis table & darts board to keep children occupied. The terrace area outside the kitchen is furnished with a teak table and chairs for alfresco dining and a barbeque is available. Towels for swimming can be provided.
