Conditions of rental

Booking deposits of 25% required on the date of booking, with balance payable eight weeks prior to rental date. For reservations made less than eight weeks prior to the rental the full balance is required with booking. A security deposit of £600 is required with final payment. Rental price includes ?50 of electricity. Excess usage is charged to the client.

Winter short breaks are available on request. Low season rates are not inclusive of electricity. Maximum of six people included in low season rates, additional persons charged pro rata.
